The Techie Whisperer, through our lead trainer – Upekha Leslie, has been delivering training, consultation, end-user communications and training needs analysis since 2014.

Whether working on-line, providing training tools, or delivering face-to-face, our approach is to use plain English, listen to clients, end-users and stakeholders, to ensure we provide practical, inclusive, and meaningful training that gets IT tools working for our customers.

Upekha has delivered training on a variety of software and hardware – from bespoke packages for larger companies and multi-nationals, to universal upgrades such as migrations to Office 365. Working for a wide variety of clients across sectors, we’ve also trained our client’s staff to effectively utilise more specialist software such as fleet management software and security platform software. We’re experienced working with both Mac and PC.
